Love at the Movies

Very rarely do you come across a film that moves you.

That encapsulates everything you think and feel about love and passion and romance.

Cinema Paradiso is such a film. I first saw this many years ago and was so moved by the intensity and feeling conveyed that the memory of it stayed with me. I recently watched it again and it is as fresh now as it was then. I have to say it's up there as one of my favourite movies of all time.

It's not a love story in the conventional sense, yet it is full of love. It's absolutely worth watching just for the last scene alone. I dare you to watch it and not shed a tear...
